Clutch Work on the Motorcycle

The previous owner of the KTM motorcycle had installed an auto clutch and removed the clutch lever.  So Keith tried to reinstall the clutch lever -- only to find that the clutch was not designed to work with a lever (even though most similar clutches are).  So Tucker helped him put it all back together exactly the way it was to begin with.

We had no instructions and Rev-Loc, the manufacturer, has been out of business for a long time, so it took some studying and guesswork, especially determining if we found all of the ball bearings that had fallen into the engine while disassembling it.  But we studied the bearing races and counted the number with wear (33 out of the 36 slots were used).
